Time of use charges are based on AEST, except when daylight savings applies in which case interval meters are adjusted to AEDT, unless indicated otherwise. This plan is only available to residential customers who sign up a new supply address, agree to direct debit, eCommunications and eBilling and have the necessary metering system configuration.
