Refund policy

We only want to be paid if we can save you more than the cost of purchasing our "best plan" information.

We try and tell you if that's going to be the case, and you're existing retailer already offers great plans (they're obliged to tell you if the plan you're on is not the best for you, but sometimes they don't, so take them up on that if you see it).

To request a refund, just send us your most recent bill (for the meter you've uploaded your data for) containing tariff information that would be cheaper that what we've recommended. We'll check it works out cheaper for your usage and will refund your purchase fee if it does.
