General terms

Eligibility
This plan is available to the following customers.
Efulfillment: Only available to customers who opt to receive e-billing/correspondence via email on sign up (but can cancel these at any time and still receive the offer)
New and Moving Customers Only: Offer only available to new residential electricity customers, and existing customers moving to a new property
Credit Time Frame: Credit will only be applied if you haven't received a credit in the previous 12 months
Tariff: Offer available to residential customers with eligible network tariff. Call us on 13 24 61 to determine eligibility and available tariff options.
Incentives
This plan offers the following incentives.
Account Credit: One credit per electricity account. If this Origin Advantage Variable ePlus electricity plan is still active with the customer on 30 May 2025, $150 (Incl. GST) credit will be applied to the customer's electricity account after that date. If the customer ends this Origin Advantage Variable ePlus electricity plan before that date, the customer will not receive any credit. Credit is non-refundable.
Origin Go Zero Electricity: If you take up Origin Go Zero Electricity, we will offset the greenhouse gas emissions from your electricity or gas supply through Climate Active, a government-backed carbon neutral certification scheme. The cost is $1.50 per week (Incl.GST).
Green power
This plan allows you to purchase green power.
GreenPower: For 1.13 cents/kWh 25% of your electricity usage is matched with electricity from Government accredited GreenPower sources
GreenPower: For 2.25 cents/kWh 50% of your electricity usage is matched with electricity from Government accredited GreenPower sources
GreenPower: For 4.50 cents/kWh 100% of your electricity usage is matched with electricity from Government accredited GreenPower sources
Contract expiry
At the end of the benefit period we may extend your current Energy Plan or set you up with a new Energy Plan but only if we have written to you first and you havent told us not to
